For the purpose of making the information referred to in article 7(13) and 27(6) of the Act accessible on ESAP, the competent authority shall submit such to the EIOPA, and such information shall be in a data extractable format and accompanied by the following metadata:

(a) all the names of the authorised insurance undertaking or authorised reinsurance undertaking to which the information relates;

(b) the legal entity identifier of the authorised insurance undertaking or authorised reinsurance undertaking, as specified in accordance with point (b) of Article 7(4) of the ESAP Regulation, where available;

(c) the type of information, as classified in accordance with point (c) of Article 7(4) of the ESAP Regulation;

(d) an indication of whether the information contains personal data: Provided that such obligation shall apply with effect from 10th January 2030.
