The Aviation Security Committee shall ensure that airport operators, air carriers and entities providing services from Malta establish, implement and maintain security programmes appropriate to meet the requirements of the National Civil Aviation Security Programme. These security programmes shall be monitored and regularly audited by the Head Aviation Security.
