S.L. 409.11 ст. 8Alternative services and amenities.

(1) Notwithstanding any service and amenity requirement contained in these regulations, the Authority may, in exceptional circumstances, for the purpose of classification of any holiday premises, accept alternative services and amenities instead of those set out in these regulations as the Authority may deem appropriate.

(2) The Authority may, at any time, after giving reasonable notice, withdraw the concession of accepting alternative amenities or services in lieu of amenities and services specified in the classification regulations, as referred to in subregulation (1).
