S.L. 409.4 ст. 11Amenities and services offered to non-guests.

It shall be the responsibility of any licensee of any tourism accommodation establishment to ensure that any offer of services or amenities to persons other than guests, shall not prejudice the provision of such services or amenities to guests residing in the premises.
