S.L. 409.5 ст. 8Difference in fees as a result of increased capacity.

Whenever the accommodation of a hotel, tourist village, aparthotel, hostel, guesthouse or holiday premises is increased, with the approval of the Authority and according to the fee specified in these regulations, such increase carries a higher rate of the licence fee and contribution, there shall be paid by the licensee of the above-mentioned tourism operation, the difference between the higher fee and the fee paid for the licence and contribution:

Provided that when the provisions of this regulation become applicable in respect of any such licence and contribution at any time after the first day of July of any year, the amount payable shall be equal to one half of such difference.
