S.L. 41.2 ст. 15Attendance by Comptroller.

(1) All attendances by the Comptroller in connection with the affixing of bands or any other sealing device and the withdrawal of samples shall be free of any charge during the following hours: From the 1st October of any year to the 15th June of the next following year: Mondays to Fridays: From 7.45 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

From 1.15 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. From the 16th June of any year to the 30th September of the same year: Mondays to Fridays: From 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

(2) The licensee shall provide satisfactory transport for the Comptroller’s attendance at the licensee’s premises for the purposes referred to in regulation 12.
