S.L. 415.4 ст. 4Musical compositions with words.

The term of protection of a musical composition with words shall expire seventy years after the death of the last of the following persons to survive:

(a) the author of the lyrics; and

(b) the composer of the musical composition: Provided that the above shall apply whether or not those persons are designated as joint authors in terms of article 4(4) of the Act and both contributions were specifically created for the respective musical composition with words:

Provided further that the musical composition or the lyrics are protected in at least one Member State on the 1st of November 2013 or the musical composition with words came into being after that date.
