S.L. 427.39 ст. 22AApplication of emergency procedures.

(1) The Technical Regulations Division shall ensure that measures taken in accordance with regulations 22B to 22E apply only during the activation of the internal market emergency procedure in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2024/2747 and by means of an implementing act pursuant to Article 18(4) of Regulation

(EU) 2024/2747 with respect to products covered by these regulations. The emergency procedures relevant to Union harmonisation legislation may be activated as regards those crisis-relevant goods as defined by these regulations.

(2) The Technical Regulations Division shall ensure that measures taken in accordance with regulations 22B to 22E apply only to products which have been designated as crisis-relevant goods in accordance with Article 18(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/2747.

(3) The Technical Regulations Division shall ensure that measures taken in accordance with regulations 22B to 22E apply only during the internal market emergency mode which has been activated in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2024/2747:

Provided that regulation 22C(6) shall apply during the internal market emergency mode and after its expiry or deactivation.
