(1) The title of these regulations is the Regularisation of non-CE Marked Lifts Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall apply to non-CE marked lifts as defined in regulation 2.

(3) The provisions in these regulations shall be applied in conformity with the Lifts Regulations, and the Inspection of Lifts

Regulations, and the obligations and responsibilities arising therefrom.
