(1) Without prejudice to the transitional provisions stipulated in Article 58(1) to (4) of Regulation 2016/1628, the Measures Against the Emission of Gaseous and Particulate

Pollutants from Internal Combustion Engines to be Installed in Non-Road Mobile Machinery Regulations, 2013, are hereby revoked.

(2) Any references to the repealed regulations mentioned in sub-regulation (1) shall be construed as references to these regulations.
