The property specified in article 3 of this Order shall revert to the person or persons to whom the land belonged, by whatsoever title, as if the acquisition by virtue of article 5 of the Building Development Areas Act, had never taken place with effect from the 4th July 1983, on which date the land in question was acquired by Government in virtue of the said article.
