S.L. 433.25 ст. 21Reporting.

(1) Suppliers operating in Malta shall report for each production season the amount of seed of each conservation variety placed on the market.

(2) A report shall also be made on request to the European Commission and to the other Member States on the amount of seed of each conservation variety placed on the market.
