S.L. 433.30 ст. 28Seed potatoes produced by micro-propagation.

For seed potatoes produced by micro-propagation techniques and which do not meet the size requirements of these regulations, rules on the following may be determined in accordance to the procedure referred to in Article 25(2) of Council Directive 2002/ 56/EC:

(a) derogation from specific provisions of these regulations;

(b) the conditions and designations applicable to such seed potatoes; and

(c) the designations applicable to such seed potatoes.
