The veterinary control rules provided for by the Veterinary and Zootechnical Checks applicable in Trade with Member States in certain Live Animals and Products Regulations, providing for veterinary checks which are no longer carried out at frontiers in trade between Member States, but which shall apply in particular, to checks in the Member State of origin or collection and checks carried out on arrival by the Member State of destination, shall apply to intra-Community trade in poultry and hatching eggs.
