S.L. 437.103 ст. 8Conditionsrelating to imports of day- old chicks.

Day-old chicks shall:

(a) have been hatched from hatching eggs satisfying the requirements of rules 6(1) and 7;

(b) satisfy the vaccination conditions laid down in Schedule III, provided there is a vaccination requirement; and

(c) present, at the time of consignment, no suspicion of diseases on the basis of point 2(g) and (h) of Section B of Chapter II of Schedule II.
