S.L. 437.15 ст. 2Co-ordinating authority responsible for collecting data.

(1) In the territory of Malta, there shall be appointed a co-ordinating authority responsible for collecting the data concerning -

(a) competitions as referred to in the first indent of article 4(2) of European Union Council Directive 90/428/ EEC organised in the territory of Malta,

(b) the criteria for the distribution of funds provided for in the third subparagraph of the second indent of the said article 4(2).

(2) The competent authority of Malta shall communicate to the European Commission the name and address of the co-ordinating authority appointed in accordance with subregulation (1).
