S.L. 437.22 ст. 2Official approval of breeders’ associations, breeding organisations and private undertakings. Cap. 437.

(1) In order to be officially approved, breeders’ associations, breeding organisations and private undertakings which maintain or establish registers must submit an application to the authorities of the territory of Malta or the Member State on whose territory their headquarters are situated.

(2) For the purpose of these regulations ''trading partner'' within the meaning of article 2 of the Veterinary Services Act shall mean -

(a) Member States of the European Community;

(b) Third countries to the European Community.
