S.L. 437.26 ст. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Co-Ordination between Organisations and Associations which maintain or establish Stud-Books for Registered Equidae Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the rules found under European Union Commission Decision 92/354/EEC laying down certain rules to ensure co-ordination between organisations and associations which maintain or establish stud-books for registered equidae. This Decision finds its legal basis under European Union Council Directive 90/427/EEC, article 4(2)(e).
