S.L. 437.28 ст. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Pure-Bred Breeding

Pigs (Entry into Herd-Books Criteria) Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Union Commission Decision 89/ 502/EEC, laying down the criteria governing entry in herd-books for pure-bred breeding pigs, which is in turn finds its legal basis under article 6(c) of European Union Council Directive 88/661/ EEC.
