S.L. 437.3 ст. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Certificate of

Hybrid Breeding Pigs, their Semen, Ova and Embryos Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Union Commission Decision 89/ 506/EEC laying down the certificate of hybrid breeding pigs, their semen, ova and embryos which in turn finds its legal basis in articles 9 and 10(e) of European Union Council Directive 88/661/ EEC.
