S.L. 437.46 ст. 8Access to databases and integration of information technology systems.

For the purpose of regulation 7, the Veterinary Services shall have access to the databases or relevant parts thereof available to the customs services. Subject to appropriate data security, the information technology systems used by the Veterinary Services shall, in so far as is possible and where appropriate, be integrated with those of the customs services, and with those of commercial operators, in order to speed the transfer of information.
