S.L. 437.47 ст. 80Changes to be made to the Schedule.

Any changes which are necessary in order to adapt the Schedule to take account of technical progress shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in article 89(2) of European Union Council Directive 2001/82/EC.
