S.L. 437.50 ст. 76Penalties.

The competent authority shall lay down the rules on penalties applicable to infringements of these rules and shall take all measures necessary to ensure that they are implemented. The penalties provided for must be effective, proportionate and dissuasive. The competent authority shall notify those provisions to the Commission and shall notify it without delay of any subsequent amendment affecting them.
