S.L. 437.68 ст. 5Approval procedure for establishments and intermediaries.

(1) To obtain approval, establishments referred to in rule 3 and intermediaries referred to in rule 4 which intend to exercise for the first time one or more of the activities referred to in rules 3 and

4, shall submit an application to the competent authority in which their facilities are located.

(2) The competent authority shall ensure that a decision is taken on applications for approval mentioned in sub-rule (1) within six months of their submission.
