S.L. 437.74 ст. 8Prescribed conditions that represent a hazard.

(1) Where it is established that the use of a feedingstuff as referred to in rule 1(2) or its use in the prescribed conditions presents a hazard for animal or human health or for the environment, the Veterinary Services shall immediately inform the relevant European Union Commission, giving the reasons for its decision.

(2) Appropriate measures shall be implemented as soon as possible according to decisions adopted by the European Commission.
