(1) The title of these rules is the Classical Swine Fever

(Precautions) Rules.

(2) The scope of these rules is to implement the rules found under European Union Council Directive 80/1095/EEC laying down the conditions to render and keep Malta free from classical swine fever, and in accordance with articles 5(1) and 23(b) of the

Veterinary Services Act.
