Where Malta finds it impossible to satisfy any of the conditions referred to in regulation 3, for an enzyme, micro-

organism or preparation used in their territory, it shall take all the necessary measures to ensure that the enzyme, micro-organism or preparation obtained from them is no longer used or marketed in their territories.
