S.L. 449.31 ст. 5Temperature control or microbiological control criteria. Obligations of proprietor.

(1) The health authority may, by notice in the Gazette, establish the temperature control or microbiological control criteria for certain classes of food.

(2) The proprietor of a food business shall comply with any order made by the health authority under sub-regulation (1).
