S.L. 449.7 ст. 3Sale of unsound fish, etc.

No person shall sell -

(a) any fish which is in a state of putrefaction;

(b) any fish killed by means of narcotics or any other noxious substance;

(c) any minced fish manufactured from unsound fish;

(d) any fresh or prepared fish showing signs of decay or otherwise deteriorated, or

(e) any fish which has been treated in a manner contrary to regulation 5 or 6.
