S.L. 451.3 ст. 18Recognition of professional experience.

If access to or pursuit of one of the activities listed in

Schedule II is contingent upon possession of general, commercial or professional knowledge and aptitudes, the previous pursuit of the activity in another Member State shall be recognized as sufficient proof of such knowledge and aptitudes. The activity must have been pursued in accordance with regulations 19, 20 and 21.
