S.L. 454.1 ст. 3Scope.

(1) These regulations apply to goods referred to as instruments, which include measuring instruments, components of measuring instruments, additional devices and measurement equipment.

(2) These regulations also apply to units of measurements, the harmonization of methods of measurement and metrological control and, where appropriate, the means required for application of such methods.
