S.L. 458.24 ст. 3Prescriptions.

(1) Every medical practitioner or dental surgeon shall, in prescribing medicinal products or medical aids as referred to in these rules, use the forms as approved by the Superintendent of Public Health and published in the Gazette.

(2) Any prescription to which these rules apply, shall be deemed for all purposes of law, to be made out by the medical practitioner or dental surgeon who signed it, whether manually or electronically.

(3) Every medical practitioner or dental surgeon is obliged to report in writing forthwith to the Superintendent of Public Health, any case of theft or loss of any manual prescription or unauthorised access to his electronic profile.
