S.L. 458.3 ст. 24

When the dentist lives out of the place bordering on the harbour or bay in which the ship is lying, besides the rates fixed in the preceding paragraph, the rates fixed in paragraph 22 shall be chargeable, for the distance between the dentist’s place of residence and the quay or shore of the harbour or bay where the ship is lying.
