S.L. 458.32 ст. 4Scope of advertising.

The advertising of a medicinal product shall -

(a) encourage the rational use of the medicinal product, by presenting it objectively and without exaggerating its properties;

(b) comply with the particulars listed in the summary of product characteristics of the medicinal product; and

(c) not be misleading.
