S.L. 458.35 ст. 32Frequency and dates of submission.

(1) The frequency with which the periodic safety update reports are to be submitted shall be specified in the marketing authorisation.

(2) The dates of submission according to the specified frequency shall be calculated from the date of the authorisation.
