S.L. 458.35 ст. 40Assessment by the Authority of periodic safety update reports.

The Authority shall, when it is a reference member state or a rapporteur at the Agency’s Pharmacovigilance Risk Assessment committee, assess periodic safety update reports to determine whether there are new risks or whether risks have changed or whether there are changes to the risk-benefit balance of medicinal products.
