S.L. 458.35 ст. 7Derogation.

Without prejudice to regulation 6(2), (3) and (4), holders of marketing authorisations granted before the 21st July, 2012 shall, by way of derogation from regulation 6(4)(c), not be required to operate a risk management system for each medicinal product.
