S.L. 464.10 ст. 5Meetings of the Council.

The Council shall hold monthly meetings as specified in article 6(14) of the First Schedule of the Act. In addition, meetings of the Council may be summoned at any other time by direction of the President and shall also be summoned on a written request signed by not less than five of the members and addressed to the President, who shall cause such meeting to be convened within seven days of the receipt of such request.
