S.L. 464.12 ст. 33Minutes to contain motions and amendments.

(1) The minutes of each meeting shall contain such motions and amendments as have been proposed and adopted or refused, with the names of the proposer and seconder, but without any comment or observation of members or additional members.

(2) The reason for the decision should, however, be recorded.
