(1) The title of these regulations is the Eco-Contribution

Regulations.

(2) These regulations provide additional measures, procedures and guidance for the better administration of the Eco-Contribution Act, hereinafter referred to as ''the Act'', and to provide further for the procedure to be adopted by the competent authority in order to enforce the provisions of the Act and other related matters.
