S.L. 499.3 ст. 20Remittance of proceeds to the Service Provider.

(1) The Authority shall maintain appropriate accounts regarding the tariff for mooring services collected and shall remit the relative part of the tariff to the Service Provider.

(2) The Authority shall forward a copy of such accounts to the Service Provider every three months.

(3) Such accounts shall contain sufficient details to determine applicable tariffs.
