S.L. 499.43 ст. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Authority" means the Authority for Transport in Malta established under the Authority for Transport in Malta;

"operator of passenger facilities" means the person who for the time being has the management of passenger operations.
