S.L. 499.46 ст. 4Payment of fare and issue of ticket.

(1) There shall be set up a central office by the Blue Grotto commercial vessels operators, which shall be responsible for the sale and issue of tickets to passengers and the collection of the relative fares prior to embarkation on any such boat:

Provided that passengers may purchase a ticket from any person authorised by the said central office.

(2) The maximum waiting time for each trip, as computed from the time the first passenger boards a boat, shall be fifteen minutes.

(3) On payment of the relative fare and prior to departure, there shall be issued to passengers a ticket which shall contain the following information:

(a) the fare paid;

(b) the date of issue of the ticket; and

(c) the duration of the tour as being of approximately twenty-five minutes.
