S.L. 499.52 ст. 28Prohibition of water skiing in certain areas.

(1) No water skiing shall take place within 300 metres of the foreshore of any sandy beach, or within 200 metres of any other part of the foreshore, or in the approach to a port so declared under the provisions of the Act.

(2) Skiers shall take off at a distance of not less than 300 metres of the foreshore of any sandy beach, or of not less than 200 metres of any other part of the foreshore and clear of any ship, shipping approach to a harbour, slipway, landing or berth.
