S.L. 499.52 ст. 46Other offences.

Any person who fails to comply with or contravenes any of the provisions contained in these regulations, which is not specifically regulated by regulations 43, 44 and 45, shall be guilty of an offence under these regulations and shall be liable to the penalties laid down in Part V of the Act.
