S.L. 499.9 ст. 2Aaircraft, shall, that they jurisdiction

These Rules, in so far as they are applicable in relation to subject to the provisions of rule 31, apply in relation to:

(a) all aircraft within Malta; and

(b) all aircraft registered in Malta, wherever they may be provided do not conflict with the rules published by the State having over the territory overflown.
