S.L. 511.1 ст. 12Damage to books and property of the library.

Any damage done to a book whilst in the possession of the borrower shall entitle the Librarian to claim the value thereof.

Any person who damages any book or property of the library shall be liable to pay its value, and, in addition, the Committee may impose a fine not exceeding sixteen euros and thirty-one cents (16.31).
