S.L. 542.1 ст. 2Definitions.

For the purposes of these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Arts Council Malta Act; "licence" and "licensee" means the venues, operators and owners of venues respectively, permitted by law to publicly exhibit cinematographic works and stage productions, in line with the meanings as used in the Cinema and Stage Regulations;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for Culture.
