In this order, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Arts Council Malta Act;

"Agency" means Festivals Malta Agency as set up by article 3;

"Board" means the Board as established by article 4;

"Council" means the Arts Council Malta;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for culture.
