S.L. 545.1 ст. 32Supply of current to another tenement.

A consumer who supplies, or allows the supply of, current passing through his meter to a tenement other than that for which the supply was intended, render himself liable to have the supply to his tenement discontinued for such period as may be determined by the Chairman: Provided that the provision of this regulation shall not apply when the first mentioned tenement consists of a private garage, and -

(a) it is either adjacent to the residential premises occupied by such consumer, whether it has direct access from such premises or not, or

(b) it is within the precincts or on the same grounds of the residential premises of such consumer, and, moreover, the garage is made use of by the said consumer and no other person has a right, on payment, to make use of the same garage.
